The location is 20-25 mins walk from city center and Atocha train station or there is a metro station nearby. There are stores along the way, McDonald’s nearby. We had a late train and the host was very kind to Check us in late. The lady was very welcoming and kind to keep our luggage after check out. The room was great, the linens and bad were super comfy. There are 2 bathrooms for all the rooms, hairdryer in each and both are well equipped. The property is taken care of, everything is neat and tidy. There is also a central heating in the room. We had cups and a pot inside the room, wardrobe and a table, enough plugs to charge the gadgets.

Good location, you can reach main bus station in 20min walk, and city center in 30-40. Room is clean, beds comfortable, there are two bathrooms. Check in/ out was easy. I would recommend this place.

The room was very clean, the smell was nice everywhere. Hosts are always here to help and clean all of the time. They also let us leave the luggage for the whole next day due to the night flight. Close to the metro station and buses

The location is very convenient, close to several metro stations and shops. The landlady was very nice, although she did not speak English. She took our luggage even before the check-in. A bathtube was very pleasant after a cold day in Madrid. Late check-out 12h. Coffee machine. Nice and warm (later we realised this is not the case everywhere in Spain).

Due to our flight the lady was waiting for us to 2 AM. Room perfect, silent and cosy. Beautiful bathroom. It was in the building you wouldn't expect something nice, but we were really content.

We were surprised that the premise is furnished with marble from the stairs and floors to the toilets. The room is very clean. Our room was tidied up the next day (we stayed for 2 nights)! We did not expect it and hence were grateful for it. The underground is about 50 meters away and many small restaurants around the area that serve very good breakfast and lunch.
