We loved the self check-in/no front desk model. We also loved that the room was very private, yet in the very center of ‘the action’ in Santiago.we appreciated the soap and champú etc in the well appointed bath. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and a nice comforter. The best part was hearing the bells of the cathedral so close by! Also enjoyed the large widows with great curtains and the perfect balcony for people-watching. When we asked for an extra night at the last minute, the host was perfectly accommodating.
