Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Hotel was newly opened, not all facilities were operational. Staff were amazingly friendly, polite and helpful. If there is anything I like the most about the facility; it is the staff! from desk and customer relations team.

Easy check in. We sat in the couch and sipped the welcome drink and then it was done. Parking is convenient as there is free space to park just outside the hotel. We had a sea view suite which is very large and the balcony is very comfortable to lounge. We saw spectacular sunrise from our balcony (8:30). Swimming pool is very beautiful that we stayed by the pool side most of the time. Breakfast is excellent and restaurant Isola for dinner is also very good. The lobster is delicious even though I don’t prefer the potato that goes with it. Puerto Banus is about 15 minutes drive thus we could go there easily in the evening for a stroll or dinner. Last but not least, every staff is friendly and willing to help at any time. They respond through WhatsApp in real time.

Every thing there was amazing start by first day a warm welcome and every one was smiling and happy to help, all reception and guest experience staff were amazing. Also food is great nice bar with Excellent service and beach service and staff were also great. Strongly recommended

I liked the pool it was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very very very friendly. Special thanks to the amazing concierge Paula and Carol. The booked everything for us. The beach clubs, the lounges, dinner, etc.. Literally, they were working from the bottom of their hearts. Also the coffee guy Ignacio his coffee was perfect. Everything was perfect. We have stayed all over the world and this is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in. An amazing pool and right on the beachfront and unbelievable service, especially from Ewelina who was our guest ambassador during our stay. To be honest this hotel was closed, because of expanding their hotel with a Greek restaurant. However they arranged a formidable alternative for the same price. So we can say, their service is optimal!
