We started the company, drawing on our vast customer service history from previous careers as well as our vast knowledge of Jávea and surrounding areas, because we believe we can offer a service and experience second to non for all our guests. We only focus on Jávea and all the houses and apartments we manage are for people we know and them count among our close circle of friends. We take care of you from start to finish and will meet you on your first day to make sure you and your group are settled in with all things you require for a great holiday as well as when it´s time to say goodbye and to wave you away as friends. We are always at the end of a phone 24/7 not only for advice and suggestions but also for those times when you need a little more support, We provide a FREE ´Welcome Pack´ to get you started as well as ´Beach Towels´ for use during your stay. Set in the beautiful national park with spectacular mountain and valley views, Casa Tranquila is an incredible 6 bedroom air-conditioned villa that is perfect for families and groups that want to relax and get away from it all. The 12m x 5m large pool is the star of the show at this villa. Facing South, the villa enjoys 10 hours of sunshine a day in summer, and so is ideal for those sun-worshippers that want to top up on that tan. It's the perfect place to sit around with a good book and admire the fantastic views of the valley in front or the mountain behind. The impressive poolside BBQ house with fully fitted outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ with seating for 12 people is perfect for alfresco living, meaning you don´t have to move far when it´s time for lunch. The villa has sufficient parking for 6 cars, large lounge with fully opening sliding doors bring the outside in and with the large 12 seater dining area offers everything you could wish for in a family villa. All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´, ´Free Beach Towels´ & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet WiFi´ so that you´re always connected. We want to make sure that you keep coming back year after year

Casa Tranquila is set on the slopes of the Montgo mountain in Javea, with wonderful South facing views of the mountain and valley. Due to its National Park status the area is quiet and perfect for those looking for an undisturbed stay. Only 5 minutes drive to several fantastic restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Javea. Javea is sheltered by the Montgo mountain and because of this is enjoys a micro climate and impressive year-round temperatures. Javea is split into 3 areas - the Port, the Arenal and the Old Town The Arenal has a long sandy blue flag beach and is backed by a promenade lined with palm trees. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bars and shops serving local and international cuisine. The Port of Javea has character and charm with a real Spanish atmosphere. It has many great shops, restaurants and pavement cafes overlooking the sea. Javea Old Town is set back from the coast and is well worth a visit with its narrow streets, historical church and museum that tells the history of the coast through the ages. You'll find great tapas bars and top notch restaurants where people while away the warm evenings
