I am from Barcelona and I came to l'Ametlla de Mar because I like nature, sea, harmony, beauty, balance and tranquility. And here I have found my paradise on earth, that I like to share with others. The estate has 50,000 m2, including the Green Paradise, the Gardens of Stone, Gravel and Colour, the Mediterranean Forest, the Ametlla Groves, the Organic Vegetable Gardens and 2 signposted paths that run through the property and take about 40 minutes to navigate. Each of the three accommodations has exclusive outdoor areas, but you can pass through the entire property to tour the 5 artistic routes: Plant Kingdom), Animal Kingdom), Cosmos, Values and Stone Art. Also the 2 Unesco routes: Dry Stone and Biosphere Reserve. Before check in and after check out you can leave your bags in the WC & Changing room of the pool and enjoy the pool and the estate. It is an eco-friendly villa where most of the electricity comes from solar panels and exceptionally from a diesel generator. As the air conditioning usually requires the use of the generator (which contaminates and makes noise), to cool down we recommend using the fan in the room. If you wish to use the AIR CONDITIONING it is also possible, with an additional charge of 8 EUROS PER HOUR. The water comes from rain or from tanks. In order not to spend more water than is strictly necessary, our grass is artificial, we have a drip irrigation system and almost all the plants require little or no watering, very well adapted to our Mediterranean climate. It consists of a bedroom with a private bathroom inside it (25 m2) that combines typical antiques of the area with art and modern design, a private kitchenette near the room with an independent entrance from the garden (about 3.5 m2 ) and a private porch with a lounge and a dining table, a few meters from the kitchen (about 22 m2). It also has an exclusive outdoor area. The Carob Tree Accomodation has about 80 built square meters and more 2500 square meters of gardens with exclusive use. It consists of a living-dining room-kitchenette (23 m2), a bedroom and dressing room (19.5 m2), a bathroom (3.5 m2) and several porches. Most of the walls are made of wood. Eventually, the Pine Tree Accomoditation could also be rented, which has 41 m2 and combines typical antiques from the area (some from the 18th century) with art and modern design, as well as the Main House (320 m2). All accommodations have access to the pool, the pool bathroom and changing room, the gym, the area for tennis, football, basket-ball and swings and most of the property. This art-filled boutique villa combines the old and rustic with the modern and design and is made up of the Main House, where the owner usually lives (most of the time alone with his Labrador retriever), the Carob Tree Accomodation and the Guests' House, made up of both the Pine Tree Accommodation (where the person in charge of cleaning, gardening and maintenance currently lives) and the Olive Tree Accommodation.
