The apartment is situated perfectly in Marbella. Close to good restaurants, the beach and to the city. The apartment has high standard, and has everything you need. The operational person who takes care of the practical things is very nice and helpful.

Cozy apartment in Marbella with sea view and very close to the beach, on the Golden Mile: the urbanization has swimming pools, large gardens and playground for children. It is an ideal option for families, or for couples of friends: it can accommodate up to 4 people in two comfortable bedrooms. Located on the second floor of the building, the accommodation offers two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two single beds), fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with sea view and two full bathrooms. In addition, it has air conditioning, free WIFI (fiber optic) and private parking space. It is spacious and cozy, an apartment suitable for those seeking quality and comfort.

Located in the urbanization Marbella Real, less than five minutes walk from the beaches of Nagüeles and Casablanca, on the Golden Mile, this apartment offers access to the five swimming pools of the complex, which also has a tennis and paddle court, children's area , gym and sauna (for a fee), in addition to beautiful tropical gardens. In the surroundings there are high-level restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets and any service you may need during your holidays on the Costa del Sol. The old town is reached with a nice walk of about 20/25 minutes; If you prefer, just in front of the urbanization stop the urban buses that go to Puerto Banus or the city center.
