You can’t beat the incredible views of La Concha Beach from the balconies! We used to live in Oropesa, and really missed the view. Also, although limited, we appreciated the free parking during the busy season. While old and dated, the rooms were clean, the beds in good condition, and the air con worked well. mini-fridge in the rooms. Overall, for a budget- and family-friendly option, it was very good. (Our teen kids had a separate room down the hall, which was nice!) Also, after purchasing bottles of water in a shop, we were surprised to find you can purchase the same in the hotel lobby for a better price!
