We had the whole 3 bedroom, 2 bath guesthouse. Comfortable beds and moderately spacious rooms. Place was secure and gated. The owner was helpful and courteous.

The room was amazing. So comfortable and beautiful. I couldn't believe the price we paid for this room because everything in the area is way more expensive. The location is a little far from tourist things, but it's easy enough to hop on a bus or take the metro to the tourist locations. We stayed next to the elevator, but we didn't hear anything all night. The door is quite heavy--it's basically soundproof. I loved our stay here.
