These hosts really deserve the business. Nothing is too much trouble. We felt very welcome and anything we asked for was attended to. You cannot help but relax in this charming cottage style hotel. In very picturesque setting. good for walking, we were travelling on motorbike. Evening meals cooked at hotel we found very enjoyable. Bedrooms very comfortable.
Hotel La Mora is set between the Babia and Laciana valleys, 7 km outside Villaseca de Laciana. Looking onto Nuestra Señora de Carrasconte Monastery, it features a restaurant and pretty gardens.

The situation was idyllic. Guillermina our host was so helpful and kind. Set high in Somiedo National Park it is a wonderful place to walk from. May not be for everyone. Excellent Asturias breakfast.

Good location - we used it as a base for exploring nearby mountains (you need a car for that). The town was not really atmospheric but had a few places to eat and drink and some shops to stock for the hikes.
