The apartment was spacious ( two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen).
Everything was clean (except the kitchen!)
Breakfast was served in the hotel across the street - it was ok (enough different food and beverages).

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful and our room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy. The location suited us well and there are a wealth of restaurants within easy walking distance to suit all pockets. We would happily return. If we did have one tiny complaint it was the bed was a bit hard for us.

This is a great apartment hotel about 7kms from the centre...
This is a great apartment hotel about 7kms from the centre of Valencia. It is really not near any transport as far as we can see but if you have a car as we did its a great place to drive into Valencia centre and park in a car park or alternatively go to the nearest metro station and take the metro in. The apartments are very comfortable with a small kitchen. We had a two bed apartment which basically had one king bed or twin and a single, but there was a sofa bed in the lounge as well - also two bathrooms. I think not having a kettle and toaster in the kitchen was probably the only negative on the apartment. The price of the apartment is far cheaper than staying right in town so it really depends on what you are looking for - space or being central

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel tells cleanliness to a high level. The room was and smelled very clean.

The bar area is really nice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling by car. If you are not driving the location would be a problem.
