We loved our room, the spa, the beach, and the restaurants.
We loved our room, the spa, the beach, and the restaurants. We didn’t like that it was so far from Cadiz and we weren’t told to take the closer train instead of taking a taxi for 50 minutes from Cadiz, but you also gave us a free Audi to drive into Cadiz.
It was a lovely place!

All inclusive fantastic - choice of food really good.
All inclusive fantastic - choice of food really good. Choice of drinks really good - you weren't given cheap alternatives. Be prepared to walk! The hotel is huge! Easy access to beach only 5 mins away. Beach towels included, although depending on where your room is, be prepared for a 10 min walk to pick it up from the multi-sport area. During my stay, we seemed to be the only English there - mainly German and Spanish guests. Plenty of free sun loungers around both of the pools.

Playa La Barrosa was fabulous – a long, wide, very clean beach with masses of parking space. Great selection of bars and restaurants catering for every taste – from quick bites to high-end. Would definitely return for another holiday.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Bringing us little gifts and assisting us in anyway we needed. We used the spa facilities and these were also amazing. Very relaxing with multiple steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzi options. The food was also exceptional with there being a buffet style breakfast with multiple different options; sweet or savoury. There are great restaurants onsite too. The location is so close to the beach with yet another great restaurant and bar service. The whole trip was just amazing.
Breakfast was Amazing on the first morning .However, the second and third mornings they ran out of blueberries and strawberries. Not a big deal we are traveling through Spain for 20 days and this was our number 1 breakfast, next few days a bit of a let down. Last day breakfast in the Red level room was less impressive than the normal buffet breakfast. The maintenance of the facilities were stellar, everything was in order. The bed was so comfortable compared to the other 4 and 5 star hotels that we stayed in.
food beach staff all were fantastic and its new look is great very clean the staff are there full of fun and very well trained the hotel management are on hand all the time to help if they are needed for you attention the Beach Bar is fantastic also , it has a very extensive menu of food and drinks Which is great if you are having a day at the beach.
We liked everything. The hotel is in a fabulous location, within walking distance to the beautiful barrosa beach and very nice restaurants.
Very nice, friendly and helpful staff
Nice swimming pool with a very relaxing and confortable sitting area
Good breakfast
Very clean room and bathroom
Breakfast and Dinner was ok but to be honest extra money for drinks especially when they not inform you about a cost are ridicules in 2023. Room was clean and big enough, all necessary things to live were there. Hotel is 15 minutes walk from ocean. Carrefour is about 150 metres from apartments.
Hidden gem. I have never been as far round the coast as Chiclana - but the whole resort was genuine 5star set up (albeit a little quiet- but it is early May). The hotel pool area was excellent & the proximity to the beach ( which was great) was excellent
Anna was so helpful… our Spanish was very poor and she didn’t speak English but with the help of Google translate … we managed perfectly.
The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in a hotel … we would definitely go back
Really nice facilities, friendly and helpful employees, a well-run hotel.
Good animation activities for adults and kids.
Great location to beach access and also shops, restaurants and bars all within manageable walking distance.
Breakfast was self service with lots of choice.
We were pleased there was a night receptionist as we went out to a concert and were back very late.
The hotel was near to all the local amenities, shops, cafes etc.
A lot of interesting things to do where you don’t need go outside the hotel, many bars with different drinks.
staffs are cool and try to help you in anyway
near to beach just few minutes by walking
