Room was renovated and spacious with a gorgeous view (5th floor). However, you can tell they cut corners with the remodeling to save on costs. For e.g., there were no drawers anywhere in the bathroom or bedside tables, just an empty space.

Hotel Leyre is in the best possible location, in my opinion. It is on a side street from Avenida Carlos III, a street which offers plenty of shopping and a few minutes walk from the older part of town and Plaza del Castillo, which is a charming area with numerous places to eat, drink and shop as well. The room was simple but modern, comfortable and spacious. My room had a view to the back of the building and was super quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful
I did not have Breakfast or dinner there, so cannot comment on that. There was a convenient grocery store across the street. Overall, this place was excellent given the unbeatable price.

I was overwhelmed with the beauty and history of this city. I also have great memories of the people I interacted with; everyone was very kind and helpful. It is a city that is easy to get around in with seemingly no end to incredible history. I hope to return to Pamplona.

Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains.
Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. The city is full of history and was the capital of the kingdom of Navarre up until 1512. The city walls have survived on three sides and the fortress to the south of the city is one of the most impressive 16th century fortifications in Europe. The cathedral is also lovely. The old city is not very extensive and is easy to explore on foot but the streets are narrow and it would be challenging with a car although the hotel did have its own car park. We had two days in Pamplona and would have liked to stay for a third as we had to leave before we had seen all that we wanted to see.

It’s a small city.
It’s a small city. We stayed one day and saw the main points. I recommend visiting the cathedral. They charge a fee but you can visit the church, the museum and the atrium.
We also walked around the city walls . It was interesting.
Eat at cafe Iruña, from 1888.We had a great meal.

Bustling, friendly city, peppered with excellent restaurants, tapas bars and cafes. Pretty streets lined with old buildings. Gorgeous central plaza, beautiful parks and ancient churches. Wonderful towns and countryside within an hour or twos drive from Pamplona - it's a great hub from which to explore Navarra and neighbouring provinces.

Pamplona was a bit of a surprise, I spent two nights here whilst walking the Camino. I found a great shopping strip and boutique clothes stores right in the heart of the city. The Parque de la Taconera were beautiful gardens, roaming ducks lyre birds and deer.
The citadel forte wall surrounding the city was so lovely to wander around to explore with amazing views of surrounding region and landscape.
There was so much life happening, everyone out in the old city, eating and socialising. Great tapas bars and dinning!

Great city. old town rocked. outskirts too are nice, very open parks , well maintained. Bull ring tour interesting unless you find the practice distasteful. good hotels around the old town. Definitely worth 2 nights if you are in the vicinity.
the property is within easy walking distance to the old town. The apartment was very spacious. There are many restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes. There is secure parking and there are no hidden charges. The staff are brilliant and really care, Javier, Raquel and Erika, thank you for being so considerate 👏I have stayed here with our family four times now travelling up and down from jersey to southern Spain and I would not consider anywhere else in Pamplona, 10 out if 10
Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Because we had requested a quiet room they offered to upgrade us free of charge to a 2-bed apartment the hotel have 2 minutes' walk from main hotel. Was ideal for us. Location was easy to reach from motorways around Pamplona and the parking garage was a generous size compared with others we used in Spain making it easy to park the car.
Well placed on the outskirts of the old town. We had a suite that was bigger than our apartment back home, this came with a great balcony overlooking the old town.
WE ate out as plenty of options and breakfast is available across the road at a substantially cheaper rate than the hotel.
Great transport links.
This is a fabulous hotel, great location to Pamplona town centre, but the most amazing find is the restaurants in this hotel is simply the best in this area, the food is so amazing and the staff very attentive.
We love this hotel, great walks close by, if you love cycle riding, bring your bikes and explore .
The hospitalero was wonderful, so kind and generous with his time! The location was also fantastic, located right on the Camino and only a short walk from the cathedral, bustling old town, the walls, the citadel, all you could ask for! The privacy curtains and personal lockers were also a big plus.
We stayed here on our way to st. jean to start the Camino. Staff was very nice. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. For our room the bathroom was just two doors down. the location is excellent. The old town is right there and Corte Ingles and the bus station are a short walk up the street.
Location, beautiful views from the room!
We did not try it but the hotel restaurant's menu looked very good!
Friendly staff
Parking service which is very important if you're going to stay in Pamplona's city center travelling by car.
Buffet breakfast was very good. Something for everyone.
Cafe bar was also good with well priced pintxos after 5pm and open all day.
Hotel and my room were Very clean and modern. Close to the old Town , shopping and bus station.
Being in the Old Town was perfect. I appreciated the owner trying to communicate wirh me and finding me a massage. He went our of his way and that massage was exactly what I needed to walk more days. So much appreciate the owner!
The hotel is in a good location to see the old town. The self check-in is very efficient. The staff gave us helpful advice on WhatsApp regarding where to park. The bedroom furniture seems new and the room is spacious.
Very good location for venturing into the beautiful old town of Pamplona and exploring all the different attractions and shops. Very nice big spacious apartment. A smart tv which was a plus for getting netflix up.
One of the most romantic hotels I've been in, located in an idyllic quiet square, just round the corner from the old town streets. Beds are excellent, breakfast very good.
An inexpensive hostel but excellent service. They did our laundry for just EUR 5, in a couple of hours. Close to old town. Quiet room with private bathroom.
in old town center close to everything and fine restaurant on premises. The hotel staff were all excellent, eager to help and could not have been nicer
