근처 공원과 산책할 수 있는 곳이 많아서 여유를 즐길수 있고 순례길의 종착지인 만큼 관광객을 위한 다양한 소품들이 많다. 산티아고를 조금 벗어난 곳을 버스로 관광할 수 있어서 위치가 좋은 곳이다. 포르투칼이나 해변을 몇시간이면 충분히 갈수 있어서 개인여행하기 좋은 곳이다.
