Breakfast was excellent. Beds and pillows were very comfortable (I slept well). Room was small but clean. Pool area very nice and great drinks. Short walk to a cute little cove beach and a bit further to a bigger beach/ marina. About 15 min walk to the downtown area with restaurants.

To be honest I thought I had booked the main hotel as we have stayed there twice before and loved it … I was a little disappointed and a bit embarrassed as we brought friends along on our recommendation only to find we weren’t ?and had been moved into the adults only part which I think had only just been acquired and opened up a few days before ?? But saying that we really enjoyed ourselves and the staff especially Sophie were amazing 🤩

Staff are so lovely and pleasant and happy to help. Very safe location and the hotel is spotless. Pool and bar area we're exceptional and complimentary towel service is great. Beach is just down the road. Have stayed in both Cala and Costa hotels and both equally fab.

The rooms were clean, modern & comfortable. The balcony was too small for the two of us, as it was a corner one. The breakfast is exceptional, there’s nothing you couldn’t get or wish for that wasn’t provided. From fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, to freshly cooked pancakes, cooked breakfasts, croissants etc. The two pools are exceptionally clean & looked after by the young male life guard - he is constantly looking after the areas & pools. The bar/restaurant by the pool is great, the staff so friendly & genuine & couldn’t be more helpful. The loungers are comfortable & plenty of them - no reserving of loungers & it’s truly not necessary - there’s plenty. Pretty little cove just a short walk away, with a hotel offering drinks overlooking the bay. If you walk around the cliff edge (on a path) you will eventually get to Lila restaurant which is lovely.

We came to Mallorca for a week , stayed 3 days in other part of Mallorca and 4 nights here , in Portal Nous, at Tacande . it was really nice to stay here, the room and the hotel itself was clean and smelled super nice. The pool area was very relaxing and quité. The breakfast is also good. the girls from the reception were very nice, they helped us with booking a boat, and other activities and were very friendly . Even the cleaning lady was super nice. it’s the first time that a hotel is nicer in reality than on the pictures from booking. Also I read reviews before booking , that were saying that there is a lot of noise because of the construction going in the area, I , personally didn’t hear a thing, but of course there are some construction going near by and the sea views are a little different , but I think it’s understandable.

The rooms were very comfy and spacious with space on the balcony to hang your bathing suits to dry. The pools themselves were never too busy and always calm. There were lots of options by the Pool if you wanted to sit in the sun or shade and I loved that the umbrellas were moveable. The breakfast had so many options! There was a cute little beach just down the street that was a little busy but was still nice. The shack at the beach had great food for lunch. The rest of the town was up a hill but there were many great food options if you didn’t get the inclusive package at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
