Bookings of five or more rooms are subject to the group booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% nonrefundable deposit payment is required at the time of booking with the final balance due on arrival. Cancellation or modification of all rooms is permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
