The hotel staff was really nice and reponded quickly to my request. Very spacious. Amazingly cozy commonroom on the ground floor. You can have some coffee, tea, or even a cute muffin. I always book the suites and they are great and cozy - especially the ones with the hot tub on the balcony, highly recommend. Usually I have a great experience with the staff, but not this time (see below).

It's a beautiful old building with a large spa with both indoor and outdoor pools and massage and treatment options. The room was a good size, the bathroom was massive and had a bathtub.
