Excellent service from the hosts of the place and easy to reach and park. It was well taken care of and the optional breakfast was well worth the price it costs.

Extremely helpful and kind hosts. The place is really pet-friendly and so are the owners and patrons. We had dinner and lunch at the restaurant and the lechazo was exquisite. Perfect location to visit Silos, Desfiladero de Yecla and Sad Hill Cemetery. We are very grateful to them for making our stay so pleasant.

A typical rural Spanish hotel set in an interesting historical village. We used this as an overnight stop on the way to the ferry. 2 hours from Bilbao was just right. Very friendly. Covarrubias was just passed Lerma and we stopped there in the morning on our way out.
The whole town is a masterpiece of preservation and absolutely beautiful. The hotel is beautifully renovated and the floors solid wood with traditional but new furniture. It is next to a church and on a cobbled square with a great cafe bar in the hotel and a wonderful choice of restaurants serving tradition Spanish food
Very motivated couple runs this hotel in the heart of Covarrubias. In the village it was very quiet on a Monday in late November. We did not see any other guests in the hotel either. Owner is a pleasant man who can give you useful tips for your stay. There is free parking outside the village within walking distance.
The hotel was brand new, with lovely big, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and was very accommodating, even making us tea and coffee to take to our room.
Breakfast was very pleasant and the owner went out of his way to ensure we had enough to eat.
Covarrubia is Spain's most perfect medieval village. This Hotel is in the centre and in character. The owner is a delightful man who takes pride in his work. The breakfast is outstanding. When we left he gave us a bottle of the local wine. We will be back to this Hotel. Our 5th visit to the town.
This is a fantastic small hotel.. It's situated just on the edge of the old town. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable with nice bed linen. Would thoroughly recommend.
The interior design of the hotel/room we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The bathrooms was very nice and spacious. We also had breakfast there and the selection of available foods was quite nice and tasty.
