Definitely the best hotel for this price, it should have more than 3 stars The food is excellent, varied and fresh. The staff is more than friendly. The hotel facilities are excellent even in October, every day a lot for children and adults. The pools are great Close to the beach and the center, about 7 minutes' walk. All compliments for work and quality

On the positive side, one of the highlights was the availability of multiple swimming pools. This ensured that there was always a spot available to take a dip and relax. Additionally, the all-inclusive food offered at the hotel was excellent and diverse, ensuring a wide range of options for all taste buds. One aspect of the hotel that stood out was the variety of activities available for guests. My favorite was the demonstration of paella cooking, where we got to learn and participate while enjoying a delicious sangria degustation. This interactive experience added an extra touch of fun to our stay.

A great place for a family resort holiday. The hotel provides amenities and activities for kids and adults. Pools and kids area are very well built and equipped. Hotel has 2 bars and a restaurant with great selection of drinks and food. Breakfast and dinner oprtions were also great. The staff was very helpful.

Travelled with husband and young child. Had a small apartment with view overlooking the pool area. Everything we needed was available. Everything was clean and as expected. Lovely big balcony accessible from bedroom and living room. On top of the wardrobe there was room for storing the suitcases, which I always find lacking in hotel rooms. Cot set up upon arrival. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Please note we were there in the low-season/off season. Always available sunbeds. Pools not too crowded. pool towels available at reception. Very close to the beach. beach very kid-friendly. Paguera in the off season is lovely to visit. tourist shops and ice cream along the main street. easy access to grocery stores.

The staff were incredible, especially the receptionists. We received a very warm welcome. The food was lovely. There seemed to be a few entertainment options if we wanted to get involved. Atmosphere by the pool was nice and fellow guests were even kind. One of my best holidays!

Kids club/mini disco staff super friendly, keeps the kids super busy- kids club 10:30-1 3-5 then mini disco 8pm. Even though there wasn't much English speaking kids when we were there all staff still continued to speak English mainly over any other language. All inclusive was really good, different options each day for lunch & dinner. Out with breakfast lunch and dinner there was snack bar, brunch options, and cake time, amazing cocktails included In all-inclusive. Kids loved the pools and play park. Seen the staff every morning deep cleaning the grounds & pools.
