Probably the best resort in Cairo. Everything was perfect , from the food , to the facility to the kindness of the staff. My girlfriend had her birthday during our stay there and they went out their way to prepare a cake with candles for her and drink on the house and flowers in the morning. That service itself makes this place priceseless.

The place is a true Oasis in Giza . My room was on the roof top, on a nice patio where I would have my breakfast every morning and relax at the end of the day. But, the jewel of the place it is it’s owner: the generous, sweet and friendly young Mr. Foaad!! He knows everything and everyone. and resolves every travelers issues like magic. For him anything is possible! ❤️

This hotel is run by the most respectful and helpful staff I have ever met Mohamed and others went above and beyond and wanted to make us feel comfortable. The rooftop is an attraction for viewing the pyramids. They serve delicious fresh juices. I recommend all the fresh juices. Best of all is grilled food. Everything was more than perfect !! The host is really the great gem in the trip , he was super super responsive and helped us much with the transportation ✅️and offer us a super comfortable touristic company ❤️❤️ from door of apartment to the touristic site and really anything you ask for he do it very fast also he send us an housekeeper for daily cleaning with v low fees which is very appreciated!! 🥰❤️ Super luxurious apartment with Everything from towel , shampoo ! And a very safe compound with dinning area ,pools Super super thankfull to have a great guest like Dr Amr !! The room was extremely large, furniture is new and modern very sleek. There's a large balcony attached to the room and a very nice big bathroom as well. Staff is very nice and professional they were also super quick to help whenever we called. Super Super clean even the reception smells fresh.

Tolip El Narges is truly a comfortable, homely, presentable and clean Hotel. Even tho we were there for a short time but we truly enjoyed our stay. One of the best views is from the balcony. There are malls, cafes, restaurants in walking distance from the Hotel and others are 5-10 minuets with car which the front desk will help to sort. The staff were wonderful and the facilities in the Hotel which was shown in by photos on Booking.com were even better in reality. The breakfast was excellent and many verities to choose from. I would like to take the time to thank Ms Noor Ashraf, Reservation Manager for responding to inquiries with a Professional and clear manner and extending our check out time due to our late flight and Ms Maha for assisting us from the same department when Ms Noor was off, Ms Sandy, Guest Relation for her assistance and pleasant personalty, Mr Ahmad Jamal at the Front Desk who received us as we arrived with a big smile and positive and friendly attitude. Mr Mahmood from the concierge for taking us to our rooms and showing us where everything is and the contact numbers, Mr Tareq from housekeeping for being helpful and respectful. Overall our experiences was wonderful from all sides and I would definitely book with them again and I would recommend to fellow booking.comers to choose this hotel.
