It rained and we didn’t get to spend time on the balcony like we wanted but that’s obviously not the fault of the property. The breakfast was good however a little limited would have liked to have seen some potato scones on the buffet and possibly some dairy free spreads and possibly a meat free option. I was content with what was available for my dietary needs but I think this could make it better. I saw that they offered soya milk which was good. Breakfast was only offered between 8am and 9.30 most places extend breakfast until after 10am.

It was a lovely overnight stay in the pods, they were cosy, clean, comfortable and pet friendly. Waking up with the beach view and hearing the water was very relaxing. The underfloor heating was amazing too. The bar area was nice we didn’t eat dinner at the hotel and instead made use of the cooking facilities but I overhead many people say their food was very good.

The carpets felt incredibly dated. The room was too hot and if I opened the window, the noise from the road was really loud. Barely slept. Could hear all the other guests like the walls were made of paper. I could literally hear them have a shower and talk..

The staff were absolutely amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. The location is good, just off the road. Breakfast is buffet which is nice. The hotel is next to a loch and nice scenery. The bathroom is nice, shower is really decent!

Apart from a coat stand, there is no proper storage for clothes. A small set of drawers or something similar would be very helpful. Also no instructions for shower or microwave/oven and a dish towel or some kitchen roll would have been very useful.

View is fabulous and the pod is relatively spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

I think the cost of £320 for 1 night is quite expensive, if there was hot tubs as part of each pod I could justify that

Pod heating system was inscrutable and only just adequate for comfort; little or no storage space for food or clothing - travel light! Instruction booklets on heating, TV, and kitchen fittings would have been very helpful.

The pod was in a great position close to and overlooking the loch, and generally comfortable (bed/bathroom) with a handy kitchenette. The staff were helpful - a wifi issue was quickly sorted out. The restaurant food was straightforward but very good quality, and the service there was excellent.

The food was quite expensive but I guess that’s just the area. Some flies on the inside of my window but the rest of the room was very clean

Charged us £20 a day for having a dog which is so expensive when the pos wasn’t cleaned every day and we usually only pay between £10 and £20 for a whole week elsewhere. No dog treats or spare dog bed or towels either. Pop was quite small but we forgave that for the views.

The view from the pod was spectacular Staff are very friendly

Excellent staff and dining, let down by small rooms, inappropriately allocated.

The money invested in the property seems to have been directed mainly at the pods and the collective areas (breakfast, dining and lounge areas) and these were good, Some has been spent modernising bedrooms, but much remains to be done. Windows & doors were in poor condition and difficult to open (making the very small room 'stuffy') - I'll try the 'pods' next time. My room was far too small for a 6 night stay and was at the farthest point from the dining areas; up 4 flights of narrow, steep stairs - not recommended for a 75 year old. My view was none existent. These last two issues would prevent my return.

The collective areas (breakfast, dining, lounge) were very good. The food was excellent and the staff superb (going the extra mile without being asked, and always smiling and making us feel welcome and like friends). The location was superb, close to Glencoe and Fort William (although the latter left much to be desired!).

Expensive, rooms a bit tired and need of upgrading.

We stopped over here on our travels up north a few times. The views are incredible from the deck and restaurant. Ample free parking. Hotel is decent, food is excellent and staff work hard. The manager solved a minor issue for us quickly and really impressed us with his genuine caring attitude!

I had a single room that was clean but very small, as was the bathroom. The plumbing was good. The bedroom was very tired and in need of an update.

Breakfast was pretty good. The bar/restaurant were very good - nicely decorated, spacious, clean, good dinners, friendly attentive staff. Car parking was good.
