We loved the layout and the size of the room, the facilities, the location of the hotel, the kindness of the receptionist. We could also buy tickets for Loro Parque and La Gomera directly from the hotel which was a big plus. We discovered late the pool on the roof, because we visited the surroundings most of the time, but it's a cool place to get some sun if you don't want to go to the beach (which is close). We also had breakfast there for 2 or 3 days and we were very happy for the money that we payed. The hotel serves also dinners, but we didn't try them. I still find it cool though. We had also a rented car so the parking was a small issue. But we found parking places in the street and in a nearby private parking.

Super clean with perfect views from the balcony. You can see Teide volcano from beautiful fancy windows on stairways🌋 Looks exactly the same as on photos. There is a small fridge, sink, kettle, and you can even prepare some simple meals there. Receptionists speak good English, available 24/7 and you can book some excursions with them just a day before the event.

My sister, her boyfriend, my boyfriend and I spent 2 great days all inclusive at this place. Great selection of alcoholic and soft drinks are included. I was very surprised that cocktails were included as well. There were always a good selection of food and all of it was delicious. The staff was amazing. Always very helpful and friendly. They work very hard. There is a pool and live music every night. Definitely recommend this hotel
