James was super friendly as were all the other staff. The room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I can't remember the last time I had breakfast in bed! The location is also perfect.

The location was amazing as it was at the heart of the city centre near a prime Metro station called Gran Via. There are alot of options walkable from the apartment. Supermarket, pharmacy, metro station, shopping district, you name it! The apartment was clean and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities such as washing machine, iron board, hair dryer etc. The bed was comfortable and allowed us to have restful sleep. Most importantly, the costumer service by them pre-arrival and during our stay was beyond our expectations. We had to check in late at night and the instructions given was clear for us to have smooth check-in process. Froi was very resourceful in sharing potential places to visit as well. We felt very welcome and touched by their warm hospitality and will definitely choose to stay with NQN again! Thank you Froi and Team for making our stay a wonderful experience!

Het Oriente Palace Apartments ligt in het centrum van Madrid, op slechts 1 minuut wandelen van het Koninklijk Paleis en op 400 meter van het plein Plaza Mayor. De prachtige locatie tov het Koninklijk paleis, gelegen aan mooie parkjes en talrijke gezellige terrasjes. Naast het appartement vind je een heerlijke bakker, waar alles nog ambachtelijk gemaakt wordt. De kamers zijn bijzonder gezellig en ruim, alles wat je nodig hebt bieden ze aan. We kregen ter attentie ook water aangeboden en gratis koffie. Een prachtig mooi oud gebouw mooi aangepast naar de noden van vandaag. De kamers zijn zeer proper en je ruikt de netheid.

Deze designsuites liggen tegenover het koninklijk paleis van Madrid en zijn voorzien van gratis WiFi, een flatscreen-tv en een goed uitgeruste kitchenette. Everything was great. Excellent location, nice rooms, very helpful staff, good value for money.

Great apartment in good condition with all helpful amenities in the kitchen. Two TVs, good Wi-Fi coverage, air conditioning and a safe. Welcome gels and shampoos, tea, coffee. Reasonable check-in and check-out hours (from 14, until 12). Great location, close to 2 nearby metro stations (Ventas and Manuel Becerra).
