Everything about Dúplex Vallespin was excellent, but the owner, in particular, was absolutely amazing. He kindly picked me up from the train station, showed me everything I'd need to know about Ávila and the apartment, and was very communicative and easy to reach if necessary. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the heating/cooling system and the wifi were great, the shower worked well, and stayed nice and hot. Plus, the apartment is so close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. If you don't like to walk long distances or take buses everywhere, this place is perfect! Thank you so much!

The apartment is well-equipped for a short stay - kettle; fridge; washing machine, cooker; drying rack for clothes. The water was very hot and the wifi worked well during my stay. The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet.
