The apartment was exceptionally well stocked with pretty much all you would need. It was very clean and tidy, with plenty of cleaning products available. Pilar was very friendly and thanks to Google translate we were given a thorough welcome and shown how to use all the kitchen appliances etc. There are plenty of free standing fans in the bedrooms, which was a really nice touch. The apartment is well laid out, and each bedroom is large. The balcony was adequate for 6 adults to eat, drink and play games at the table, but it might be a bit small for energetic children. It was nice to have a TV and although I'm sure you could connect your laptop etc to it, we didn't - preferring to just change the language settings when there was something we wanted to watch. The a/c unit worked but there were no batteries in the remote, so we swapped the tv remote batteries when needed! The pool was a nice size for the complex and was refreshing (so I'm told as I didn't go in), plus there are good steps to allow accompanied children to go in safely. This is a lovely place for exploring the area, and Girona is roughly half an hour away. There are multiple great shops in walking distance. The covered car parking was a real boon in the heat.

The location is excellent, right in front of the sea. Lots of cupboard space and all the amenities you need in an apartment, inclusing kettle and toaster. There's a washing machine out the back with 3 clothes lines, very useful for wet towels and swimming costumes.

The balcony was spacious. And we had an excellent hostess that made sure we were well catered for by contacting us in advance. We had two bathrooms, whereas I only thought we'd have one. So that was a nice surprise. One was an ensuite.
