The apartment was really well located to the beach, bars and restaurants and some greet shops. We parked in zapallito underground parking and you drive to the furthest end and you need E3, you just walk up the stairs and it's literally 3 minutes walk to the apartment. Reaching the apartment is easy flat walk, stairs inside lead to the first floor apartment. It's lovely. It's clean and bright and well maintained. It's very comfortable, beds were great with lovely white pressed linen. We didn't use the kitchen except for making a coffee but if you did want to everything is there. The owner provides a little bag with washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, toilet roll, plastic gloves, and a washing tablet if you chose to the the washing machine. We will definitely go there again as its a great location and modern accommodation but with some character. Owner is delightful and helpful and easy to communicate with.

Ideal place between Marbella Puerto Banus and Estepona is no more than 10’ driving. Newly renovated with fantastic mattress, best sleep of our holidays on the area. Many pools and padel courts in the condo!!!! Next time we will organize to play. Monia managed our arrival very well and accepted us earlier than normal timing. We will come back again. Clean and very well maintained. Also ideal for family with the second room
