The room is also great and is fully equipped so that you can cook. the Wi-Fi in the room is also great for working remote. the person who owns these, or at least responds to you in booking, is very responsive and extremely nice. Finally, there is a washer and dryer on site which we found to be of extreme benefit.

We liked the apartment, spacious and nice decorated, clean, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (very useful!). Kitchen was functional and well equipped, we used it for cooking. Big fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, even audio system. Bed was very comfortable and cozy. It has its own underground parking which was veeery useful! We had self-check-in and check-out and because next guests were arriving later, they messaged us last morning saying we can stay few more hours if needed – we appreciate it. There were 3 washing kits (one for each bathroom and one for the kitchen) with toiletries, detergents, soap, a new dishwashing sponge). Location is very good, quiet area and close to the center (walking distance). Across the street there is a McDonald’s so if you arrive late like us, it’s good to grab something quick to eat or a coffee in the morning. In 3 min you are already on the highway as well by car.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Our host was very lovely and really helpful! Thank you for everything! Furthermore, the house was located perfectly in the centre, and is the perfect base to head to the Anaga mountains. Really recommend this place!

We had a rentalcar and parked it at parkinglot just beside the apartment. They are not open during night but it did not affect us, we wanted to keep the car over night. It cost 20€ but we thougt it was ok due to good apartment at great location :)

Martinha met us at the apartment and was helpful throughout our stay. Several restaurants and the unique oceanfront saltwater swimming pools are within a 10-minute walk or short drive. The self-checking was very easy thanks to the good description. The area was quiet and maybe 10-15min walk away from the centre with lots of restaurants and bars. Public car park is around. Overall, February can get a bit cold and there is no heating for the whole apartment like in most northern European countries. However, a big plus was the electric heating we had in the bedroom, which made it very comfortable.
