The apartment was clean and provided everything you could possibly need, including neat little ironing board & iron, soap and washing up liquid. Plenty of towels in the rooms and pool towels available at reception. Staff made sure everything was kept clean around the pool and garden area. I found all staff were very friendly and made you feel nothing was too much trouble. Really peaceful location. Short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lots of little supermarkets and Lidl just up the road. Great book exchange in reception. Also in reception is a shower for those that have a later flights after checking out. I made full use of this, they even supply different shower gels, shampoo and conditioner along with new wash mitts.

The hotel houses are very cosy and the kitchen is well equipped. Spacious terrace and beautiful plants around, well maintained area. The house was cleaned and towels changed every two days. Free parking on the quiet street around the hotel. Walking distance to the beach, and quick exit to motorway. We had half-board and food was diverse and of good taste.

We liked everything, the apartment is amazing, nicely furnished, super clean, well located, there's ample parking spaces in the close vicinity and it's very quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly and hospitable. There's a convenience store nearby (the kitchen is well equiped for cooking) and minutes to the gorgeous beach plus everything Puerto del Carmen has to offer. Highly recommended!

I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!

The little extra touches of the beautiful welcome pack that we received upon arrival, really surprised us. The accommodation itself had everything that we needed, just a great stay overall.

First of all, Joaquin and José are two precious hosts. Kind and very committed they gave us the best first impression. The apartment looks just like the pictures and it is very comfortable. The swimming pool is very relaxing and clean. Close to markets (about 100 meters) and the center of Puerto del Carmen, is the perfect location to start the travel into this magnificent island. We definitely want to come back if we ever return to Lanzarote.
