Az apartman nagyon jó felszerelt (mikró, mosogatógép, hűtő, vízforraló, étkészlet stb.), tiszta és nagyon jó fekvésű. Mivel a belvárosban van és nem nagyok a távolságok, gyakorlatilag gyalog minden elérhető a szállásról. Ideális szállás több napos tartózkodásra, akár Toledóból kiindulva a környék felfedezésére is.

A szállásadó aranyos kis üzenettel várt a saját nyelvünkön írva, ellátott bennünket tanácsokkal hogy mit érdemes megnézni, milyen boltok és éttermek vannak a környéken.
