It's located in a residential area and you have your privacy from the owners house as it's in the same area. There are basic equipment to heat food and make tea or coffee, also breakfast (bread, jam, milk etc) provided. Walking distance to restaurants. It's also cheap and good value comparing it to other accommodation options in Tenerife

All communications were clear from the beginning (since booking) and Maria came to meet us as soon as we arrived. She explained everything we had to know and gave us advice about places where we could have dinner. The place was quiet, clean and cosy, it felt like home! Thanks for the sweets and attention. Deposit was refunded right back when we left. Perfect first night for our trip! We won't hesitate to stop by again if we have a chance.
