Begonia was very helpful even though she doesn’t speak English. Her phone app does the job very well! We arrived earlier and left our luggage there. She showed us around and gave us recommendations to restaurants and how to get to Alhambra. She gave us a bottle of red wine, some buns, coffee, tea etc. Thank you Begonia. Our apartment has great views (catedral view) and beautiful sunsets. For the other apartment units, the sunset can also be viewed at the terrace. The apartment is in the Albacin area and is hilly, pebbly and there is much to explore. We stayed in this area for ease of exploring the area and for the views. There are many mirador (lookout points) for good views of the Alhambra and Granada. Mirador San Nicholas, Mezquita are a mere 10 mins walk. Do take note to wear good shoes. The Calle Caldereria Nueva (Little Morocco) is 7 mins walk. We took the bus from down town and visited the Sacromonte area and to our great surprise and delight, our walk (it's hilly) brought us to the Albacin area (Mezquita, Mirador San Nicholas, many other miradors (lookout) and then back to our apartment. We would stay in this area again, this apartment should we visit Granada in the future. We had arrived by taxi and the driver did not want to enter the apartment street as it is very narrow but it was ok as it was only a 1 min walk. Begonia helped us book a taxi for our morning departure and came by to check in on us before we left.

The owner is like we say in Spanish Pan de Dios, bread of God, she is really helpful and loveably and also her staff is nice. The room is beautiful and perfect to really disconnect from noise. The breakfast is high quality. It may not be a Marriott all you can eat buffet but all is extremely detailed like homemade mermelade and breads that are straight from the oven and many things more including a sort of pudding cake, hams and cheeses, fresh fruit, fresh natural juice, breakfast delicious. Once you are there u are at a great spot in the albacin area, you can have great views of the city from not so far away from the hotel. The cosmetics are also very nice in this hotel and water pressure. I love that the bedroom is full of books for person to read instead of a TV. The patio to eat breakfast is beautiful as well and the hotel is a non-smoking one which I am so thankful!
