The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We decided to stay an extra night, and they rearranged their bookings so we could stay in the same room without having to move. Response times were quick and thorough! Highly recommend! Very quiet, clean room, and great location!

Parque Florida is set in Ciudad-Rodrigo. This 2-star guest house offers a lift and a housekeeping service. The guest house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The breakfast was continental style and served by two lovely young people . Coffee was excellent ! Our room was immaculate and pillows were comfy . The young lady on reception was very smiley and helpful . Best of all , we parked our car outside the door for free !

I was there for religious/spiritual reasons and found the Eucharistic adoration chapel next door a delight!
