Call it how u like, I found this place to be a wonderful Canarian getaway, private Oasis, Nature hide out with a salt water pool & more than enough spots for a wonderful yoga morning stretching. Relaxing music with Canarian birds chirping in the background + incense sticks by the pool made it feel like Spa Wellness vacation & happiness at the same time. Situated in Arona,next to Arona's historic centre. VistalRoque offers the best of both worlds. The owner, David, really was a superb host! Very kind and helpful with everything. He even threw together a nice spread of cheese and ham for us when we arrived a bit exhausted in the evening on New Years day saving us from having to drive all the way to one of the bigger cities to find an open supermarket/restaurant. Breakfast was very good and upon request they also offer excellent home made dinners in the evening in a nice familiar atmosphere. The place itself is as advertised, offering beautiful views from the terraces where we enjoyed our breakfast and the room itself as well as the shared bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and functional. The area itself is very quiet and with a rental car we found the location to offer a good balance between being able to reach the beach for relaxation and Teide national park for hiking (and there are also some nice local hiking options).

Featuring a garden, a terrace and free WiFi, La casita is a recently renovated guest house 1.9 km from Playa Las Galletas and 2 km from Playa La Ballena. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It looked the same as it was in the photos. The house was very tasteful. Cristina was excellent at communicating with us and gave us really helpful information about the local area. It is in a perfect, lovely location. I definitely recommend this house, it made our trip enjoyable.

Situated in Palm-mar, Wellness-Penthaus am Meer offers a terrace with sea and mountain views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, spa facilities and wellness packages. We were surprised when we arrived because we were expecting a small hotel rather than a one bedroom B&B. However this was no problem as it was a most wonderful place. The room had its own large three sided terrace that had sun all day long. It had its own private jacuzzi on the terrace. Lilly who owns the apartment was a lovely person who was eager to please but didn't interfere in any way with you enjoying the facilities. The room was reasonably well appointed with a kettle and coffee maker and additional goodies. The breakfasts were out of this world with a great variety of local healthy foods. The apartment is in a high quality development with two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated. The pools were never busy in all the time we were there. The apartment looks across a huge open space which is a nature reserve and has sea views. There were many walks locally and as we had a hire car we could access the wonderful Tenerife mountains and countryside for limitless walks. Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are close by, about 15 mins by car.

Boasting garden views, Casa Rural Fayna offers accommodation with terrace, around 12 km from Golf del Sur. Lady was very helpful, we took wrong bus and ended in Vilafor in the middle of night. She came for us with car without hesitating.
