We really loved the decor. Staff is also very friendly, helpful and efficient and he also gave us some restaurant recommendations. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Super clean, and a super comfortable bed, and a very friendly staff. The “golden moment” is the breakfast served to your room. It even included a take away sandwich for your back pack if you wished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Situated in Florence, Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca provides accommodation with a seating area and flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is provided. Everything was perfect in this little hotel. The location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to the train station. 2 mins to the duomo. Stunning views and slightly tucked away from the crowds, so not noisy at all. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn't be better. It's worth the money. Beds were comfy and had a spacious room.
