The owner, met us at the apartment and showed us around. He was very helpfull and polite, left his telephone number in case we need to contact him. If we came back to Moraira, we would not hesitate to get in contact with the owner to request to stay at his apartment once more. The apartment had all of the facilities and more, than you would require for your holiday stay

Communications were great, sorting out the electrics for the lounge shutter and sending us photos of everything for entry via a key safe rather than hanging around to meet someone.

Location was great, close to the beach and 30 min by car from Xavia. Air conditioning was working perfectly, WiFi was ok and parking outside the property was easy to find.
