It was great for a family stay. They have spacious rooms and nice facilities like gym and a spa. The spa was very nice. Westfield shopping centre is directly behind and it has an amazing supermarket which is very convenient.

We have checked in on 5th June and we were robbed by unknown persons seating into reception of hotel. After that, Informing hotel staff has neither provided support in showing us CCTV camera nor they have provided prompt support to Police to which we filled the complaint on the same day. Our many valuable theft due to Hotel's 0 proof and pathetic security system. We lost money, mobile phones, keys, bank cards of my Wife's purse bag. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone checking into this hotel and I will ensure your hotel get some action from Spain government. We suspect Hotel staff is also involved in this kind of robbery plotted by Tax+Hotel staff.JITENCzech Republic

The remote checkin process went smoothly once i figured out without the instructions but might be a bit much for a non-technical or older person. Make sure your phone is charge to get you in the front door and room. Once in there is the typical hotel room key card but you still need to get in the front door.
