We loved our room, the spa, the beach, and the restaurants.
We loved our room, the spa, the beach, and the restaurants. We didn’t like that it was so far from Cadiz and we weren’t told to take the closer train instead of taking a taxi for 50 minutes from Cadiz, but you also gave us a free Audi to drive into Cadiz.
It was a lovely place!

All inclusive fantastic - choice of food really good.
All inclusive fantastic - choice of food really good. Choice of drinks really good - you weren't given cheap alternatives. Be prepared to walk! The hotel is huge! Easy access to beach only 5 mins away. Beach towels included, although depending on where your room is, be prepared for a 10 min walk to pick it up from the multi-sport area. During my stay, we seemed to be the only English there - mainly German and Spanish guests. Plenty of free sun loungers around both of the pools.

The hotel was in an awesome location, the third floor has sea views
It has direct access to the beach, which is very convenient and helpful
The cleaning staff was very nice and accommodating
They always have activities going on next to the pool, either music or entertainment of some sort
If you’re planning on staying on top floor, bring a parasol for the balcony, even though there is trees it can be quite hot and the views are amazing to eat your lunches with the astonishing view
Hotel exceeded all expectations, from check in to check out the service was exceptional at all times.
The outdoor pools were the highlight and there were plenty of sun beds
Gorgeous location with direct access to the beach to watch the sunset
The room size was great with a garden overlooking lovely scenery
Good choice of parking especially for larger cars
Everyone was very friendly , from the staff on reception to all the waiters and bar staff.
Our room was quite big and very clean. Considering the size of the hotel, we thought the restaurant coped very well, making sure that food, which was plentiful and of good quality, was being replaced regularly.
Plenty of car parking.
A quiet small clean hotel located in a quiet part of Chiclana de la Frontera. Easy parking facilities. We had a very big room with a very big bathroom, separate 'lounge' and separate dressing room. The personnel is friendly. Breakfast is table service, but surely you get more than enough to start the day with.
Really nice facilities, friendly and helpful employees, a well-run hotel.
Good animation activities for adults and kids.
Great location to beach access and also shops, restaurants and bars all within manageable walking distance.
The hotel is beautiful. The lobby, bar, restaurants, grounds, swimming pool and beach access were incredible. The quality of the restaurants and the inclusive breakfasts were outstanding.
The property was very nice. The beach in front of the hotel amazing. Loved the “ chilanguitos “ at the beach. The staff could be better trained, not very friendly.
I was pleasantly surprised as teh hotel is very close to the beach, bars, and restauants. Nice pool, excellant staff and very helpful, Highly recommend this hotel!
Great location … quiet .. once outside the hotel … away from town .. but still within a mile or so walking distance to restaurants and bars and a grocery store
