There is no reception at the place (at least as far as we know), thus it is recommended to communicate with the owner/manager via WhatsApp or the Booking app ahead of time. Self check-in was easy with all the instructions already received; we "found" the key and got access to our room smoothly. The latter was not big but comfortable and very clean with a nice en-suite bathroom.
Coffee machine is available for the guests (no breakfast).
There are quite a few restaurant options available within easy walking distance.
Overall, we were happy with our choice as we wanted a stopover place on our way to Bilbao.

The staff was great! The location perfect for me. The let me check in very early even though my room was not ready because I would be coming back very late that night. Also, they have a great Spanish-style breakfast either the best coffee I think I ever had.

Everything. A little out of the centre but we like walking so no problem. Room was immense and very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Superb location within easy walking distance to San Mamés metro stop, and to the Intern Modal Bus Station. It is perfectly located to walk to the Guggenheim Museum - less than 15 min through a lovely park or along the waterfront. The staff were friendly.
Lovely family run hotel and very friendly. Rooms and decor are of the highest quality. Set in a rural location close to motorway for onward travel and Bilbao Ferry. Food is excellent. No shops etc but stunning location.

Very nice hotel, the room was beyond my expectations. I stayed in the suite room with my girlfriend and it was very comfortable, a nice room with a spa and a fireplace, with a Smart TV and a large shower within. From the staff to the rooms, the hotel was perfect. If you want to get away to a quiet and relaxing place, this is one of the greatest near Bilbao. Breakfast was pretty great with a lot of variety, fruits, orange juice, local bakery, french toasts...
