Sabrina and Fabian served and are terrific! Friendly, inquisitive, helpful, and alway genuinely smiling and upbeat. Bfast was excellent, esp the warm and very French croissant. The hotel location is close to the heart of town but just enough out of the way to minimize noise. Nonetheless, we slept like babies on comfortable beds and pillows in a generous sized corner superior room.

Modern design, welcoming friendly staff, comfortable and very clean. Great included breakfast too. Excellent central, yet quiet location in Santa Cruz, just a few minutes' walk from where the 500 airport bus drops off and picks up. Close to main shopping streets and seafront with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend this small, friendly hotel.

We had previously visited La Palma in 2020 but stayed on the west side in Los Lllanos. Principally a walking holiday. Santa Cruz gave us access to different walks using different bus services - we do not use hire cars. Santa Cruz is a lovely town with plentiful supply of bars, restaurants and shops. It's a very nice and welcoming city, wedged between the canyons and the Atlantic ocean. La Palma is lush green. Ideal for hiking in the mountains, to see the stars, to swim among lots of fish. The roads on the island can be very steep and narrow.

We had visited before & our friends had not.
We had visited before & our friends had not. It's a lovely city. We used it as a base to drive around all of the island, but left ourselves plenty of time in the city itself. We had dinner all 4 nights at different restaurants. It is clean. We found everybody friendly. It's a walking city, with a long promenade, cobbled streets, lots of history.

There are 3 apartments in the building.
There are 3 apartments in the building. We had the one on the middle floor. This was large with windows on two sides of the living area so was bright and spacious. There is a small balcony with great view of main historic street and partial view of sea. Top apartment has a private terrace which we did not have access to but would stay again in the apartment we had. The trip through lava fields is fascinating and would recommend a trip to the Southern tip of the island to the salt fields and light and also to see the observatories at Roque de los Muchachos.

The location is convenient for walking to the pedestrianized streets in the historic center, the room and common areas were beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, there was air conditioning (which isn't common and made for a great night's sleep), the proprietors were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. The two hotel cats we met were entertaining and charming. Of the places we stayed during our 10 day trip, this was my favorite.

Breakfast was continental and very well thought out to make the most of the small space. Staff were all friendly, very helpful and welcoming.
