We played three public golf courses in the area with the following rating: 1. Golf Santa Ponsa 1 was the course we liked the best. Has hosted several Europen Tour events and had a nice atmosphere to it. Nice course surrounded by well maintained properties. 2. T-Golf Calvia. Very "posh" with a nice Country Club feeling. Very expensive but a very well maintained golf course. The Club house was marvellous, but the surroundings lacked some atmosphere. 3 Golfclub de Bendinat. OK golfcourse, but located in a valley where a golfcart is recommended!Trond ArveNorway - 4.0Scored 4.0

Santa Ponsa is a beautiful area with a fantastic beach. The best thing we did was take a trip on the catamaran . Buses frequently to Port Andraxt which is a nice day out . Favourite place to eat was Xaloc expensive but well worth it if you want a special dining experience . What spoils Santa Ponsa is the hordes of partying groups and bad behavior from a minority of these . It is such a shame that they have allowed the above to happen, we won't be going back again .Can't recommend it for any of below

Santa Ponsa is very clean people are friendly and there is plenty to do perfect base to see the island or if you want to just relax on the beach you can. We have been going to Santa Ponsa for 12 years now and we are never short of things to do. It’s great for families couples and solo travellers there is something for everyone. Santa ponsa is quite british / Irish for us.
Santa ponsa is quite british / Irish for us. We prefer a more Spanish vibe. We didn't find a single tapas bar however we did find restaurants that did serve tapas. The busses to palma and other towns were really good and nice to get out and explore more ethentic Spanish parts of the island.RussUnited Kingdom

Good location right next to the beach, with a taxi rank right outside the door. The showers are very high pressure! Nice comfortable bar terrace at the front of the hotel to people watch from. The bar staff were also wonderful and the drinks were cheap. Port Adriano is a short taxi ride away, Palma is a 40 min(ish) bus journey - but there's plenty to do near by if you don't want to travel too...GemmaUnited Kingdom
