Hotel is very basic with somehow outdated look, but beds were comfortable, rooms were warm and big, shower was clean and functional. Location was very central! Staff was attentive and friendly.

This is a very comfortable and clean property in the historic center of the city. The mattress on the bed was particularly comfortable. Very tasty breakfasts are served in this hotel. You can park your car nearby but it is not always easy. But there are different parking lots in Ubeda. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

A lovely place! There were few tourists so it was possible to really enjoy the sites. Attractions are very close to each other and the most important ones can be covered in a day or two. It is highly recommended to make the 15 minute trip to Baeza, which is smaller but utterly charming. My two favourites: The Sinagoga del Agua (a must) in Úbeda, and walking the surroundings of the Cathedral and the Walls in Baeza. The journey there is also beautiful, as Jaen province is delightful.

Ubeda is a beautiful little city with loads of great things to see, the walls, churches, town hall etc. and local shops/galleries. There is also a huge range of restaurants and eateries (a great ice-cream shop) the views of the surrounding area are stunning. I would recommend staying within the old town walls, a little bit more expensive but worth it for being near to everything by foot.

Doesn't have the tourism magnetism like Córdoba or Granada, but especially if you have to cross nearby, it is worth to spend a day in Ubeda, Baeza and Jaen area.
Represents a different architecture, different landscapes, a more pristine way of living, with less tourism friction

Ubeda is a beautiful city and so is its sister, Baeza.
Ubeda is a beautiful city and so is its sister, Baeza. Both must be seen. You can ask for a tour guide (different spots in the center town) or do a tour on your own but you may miss out on some important information about the historic structures, the "patrimoine" the heritage buildings. One quick point: although our guide was very savvy and knowledgeable, I found the two and a half hours of the tour a bit heavy in Ubeda: too much info and not enough time to satisfy my curiosity when visiting. On the other hand, the Baeza tour guide was also savvy and knowledgeable but he gave us time to appreciate the historic buildings. To eat in the South of Spain is like saying "where is the fridge in this house" - there are eatery places, from cafés, bars, restaurants for every liking and budget. One does not need a car to get around Ubeda. There are always things to do anywhere you look.

The whole of Ubeda is listed as World Heritage for a reason.
The whole of Ubeda is listed as World Heritage for a reason. They are also working actively to bring more sites to the fore. You can get the best selection of teas, needed in the cold days; best at Bar Las Flores, tiny with good prices. Can't list all the sites, there are too many. We did the free walking tour, in Spanish only, starting at the office in Calle Real 13 - excellent guide with very clear diction.

An incredibly interesting place to visit.
An incredibly interesting place to visit. There are historic buildings on every corner of the old town. It is a joy just to wander about looking.
As it is not easy for me to walk far it was a delight to take the tourist train, ensuring that we missed nothing. I was pleased to see many of the beautiful old buildings preserved tastefully as hotels. There were plenty of restaurants and bars around and free tapas too, as it is in Jaén
Couldnt be in a more perfect spot - just round the corner from the Parador, 50 yards to the main square in the old town. Comfortable, modern & clean. Hosts only a short message away and very amenable. The old town is amazing - such a wealth of history. We also arrived on a fiesta night, so fireworks, musicians and folk in full battle reenactment costume made Saturday a special atmosphere
This hotel has all typical features that we expect from a 4-star hotel: very comfortable in all aspects, plus a real traditional flair and decoration - we loved it ! The swimming pool with the nice country landscape, the breakfast in the veranda and the harmonious architecture... really pleasant! Even the parking was not too difficult in the area.
Hotel is nice, clean and close to the city center. Staff is very nice and supportive. All places in Ubeda can be easily reached on foot. Access by car and parking is a bit tricky first because of narrow one-way streets where navigation gets confused. But once you learn where the parking places are and how to get there, it is OK.

The apartment is very swanky and very well located and the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is also pretty well appointed for a short stay. The TV is giant! Free parking is nearby, but you have to be there just at the right time to score a space. Úbeda is a beautiful town and the food is amazing.
Beautiful interior patio in this small hotel in the centre of town. The room was very cosy with a comfy bed and two lovely comfy armchairs and a kitchenette. The staff were so friendly and the hotel had a very homely feel. The breakfast was very special with a personal touch.
Great location for walking around historical Ubeda. Close to restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of room. Parking very close by.
Amazing value for money. Bathroom is small but perfectly adequate.
Great communication with owner and easy to access.
Location is perfect for walking to all the important sights. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped if you want to prepare your own food. Ubeda was a delight to visit and if we ever return we would happily stay here again.
Charming and perfectly located place to stay for a weekend in Úbeda. Just off one of the main squares in the historic center, you have everything you need. The pool is great for cooling off after a day wandering through the lovely town.
Very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean and rationally equipped bathroom. Friendly staff and excellent location. Two free of charge parking lots nearby and one for charge. Some streets are very narrow, just to be aware
Free cava available, staff were very helpful generally but when we arrived, but there was a lack of information regarding Hotel facilities we basically had to find everything for ourselves although we were shown to our room 🙏🏻
Wonderful authentic palazzo experience in this small family run hotel.
Full of charm and character
Host, Pepe very pleasant and helpful.
Parking close by
Good access to historical part of town
Excellent value
Close to old town. Free public parking close to the hotel. It is situated in an old historic building with a lovely interior court yard. Very good value for the location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location to all the sights and the free parking was priceless.
The breakfast was generous and very good.
The proprietor was delightful and very helpful in directing us to the sights.
Nicely renovated historic building in old town. You can leave your car in front of the hotel to unload luggage. Hotel personal showed me several parking lots close by the hotel.
