The staffs are approachable and kind,
Rooms are clean and they can clean it daily if you will allow them.
Reception and pantry area have a good ambience, and
Breakfast are sufficient for you to have a good meal.
Although it's a little far from stations, you can book an uber for less hassle travelling to the center. But all in all we had a good and relaxing stay..

Looks, it was reasonably clean, but the room was stupidly small, and the bathroom so small you could not dry yourself. But it was somewhere to sleep. More like a backpackers than a hotel.

Saint Denis is unique.
Saint Denis is unique. It is not Paris, but it has its own multicultural, multiethnic culture. It is generally safe, but noisy and doesn’t have the same rules as living in central Paris!
Late night travelling is not recommend, unless with a companion or taxi.
I don’t feel unsafe there, but if you are hoping for the quintessential ‘Parisian experience’, I’d strongly suggest you stay within the circular road surrounding central Paris..However, if you want to experience the real multiethnic colourful rainbow of Paris, then this is the place for you!

Ideal location for attending matches at the Stade de France.
Ideal location for attending matches at the Stade de France. The Basilica houses the Royal necropolis and was well worth a visit . There are some restaurants although many were closed at the weekend. Easy access to central Paris by train.

This is an apartment building not a hotel.
This is an apartment building not a hotel. We arrived when we said we would and was unable to find anyone to let us in. In the end we waisted an entire day and had to stay some where else. For us this was a scam.

There's an energy about the area and it has a community feeling that was lacking in other areas. People were extremely helpful even though we had very little French. At the famous sights security was very evident with armed police and police vans everywhere giving the place a very sombre atmosphere. Due to the protests and riots it wasn't the best time to visit Paris, but around our apartment building there was a very relaxed feeling.
Big rooms (especially for Paris, although not sure you can call Saint Denis Paris?) and convenient if travelling with a family (we had connecting rooms, one with double bed and one with two singles). Quiet and comfortable rooms with tea and coffee facilities and iron/ironing board. Close to the metro so easy to get into the centre of Paris (around 30 mins). Our stay was for the UCL final at the Stade de France (25 minutes walk) and in each room we were offered complimentary beers and a commemorative mug for the occasion. A very nice touch.
We stopped for a night so we could travel to the centre of Paris the next day. And we did. The best thing of this hotel is that it has plenty of parking spaces. And we could leave our car there after checking out. It's very close to a tram station and although there were a few changes, it's quite easy to get to Paris. Nothing like what the bad reviews said happened to us (well, the mattress was indeed a bit hard but as a temporary stay, I didn't mind it at all).
Spent 10 days on the property on a long Paris city break. We liked everything, It was clean, it was warm, it was nice, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the location perfect for us. Walking distance from the Metro (best way to travel fast in Paris), next to a huge and superb public park, and the people in Saint Denis are very polite and friendly. The fast food close to the property was excellent. Supermarkets in walking distance.
Booked this hotel for convenience of location as we were in Paris for a concert at the Stade de France. So glad we did.
Very modern hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone attending an event at the stadium, just a short walk across the street.
We were in only for one night to attend the rugby world cup at the Stade De France - the location was fantastic for that purpose and it came with secure basement parking for the rental car. Very easy access from the freeway so avoided all Paris traffic.
Great apartment. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good location for us cycling on the Avenue Verte London to Paris and safe storage for bikes in the garden. Lovely bakery nearby and supermarket just across the canal.
It is a confortable place.
Accessible location near Metro station. The line M13 brings you to all nice places in Paris.
The hoster was nice, she left things for us to eat when we arrived late.
You get what you pay for!
Friendly people.
Ease of access 24 hours a day.
Fairly reliable wifi.
Location is quiet, safe, close to Paris and near transit.
Very kind host.
Very close to metro station heading to the centre of Paris.
Flat is small but designed and equiped in a convenient way For a pair is cosy.
It’s very clean, away from the hustle and bustle stayed here a few times now when we come to Paris short walk to the metro and few stops till central Paris
This is my new and favourite best appartement in Paris I really love it,I enjoy everything,I feel so comfortable I can’t wait to come again.Good one 👍🏾
