The service and breakfast was amazing. They even helped us with our bags for check-in and out. The breakfast was phenomenal and option to eat outside was a treat as you get the most beautiful view in the island. The room was comfortable, theme of the room was like living in those old homes with grandma. It gives more warmth. They clean the room everyday. The shops are literally outside which made it convenient for souvenirs. The front desk was accommodating with tour information and requests.Nothing that I didn't like but just to advise of the uneven steps which we knew but what you paid for is the view. Just hold on to the rail. Santorini have mountains everywhere so expect uneven terrain. But do not deter yourself from getting this place.
Wifi is lacking but we were in rock dome shape like rooms, it is hard for even wifi extender to work, we just go outside for better service. But you're there for a vacation so we used our wifi/5G sparingly. We enjoyed the island.

Staff being friendly and the hospitality given. We didn't stay for long, but staff still cared to make our stay nice and welcoming. We were given a choice for rooms, a welcoming drink and some directions to use while exploring the island.

Everything was perfect. The location was very close to Fira city center, supermarket, bakery and bus station. The Villa was very clean, host very pleasant, everything exceed my expectations. The room was comfy, cleaned every day and quite. In the fridge the ladies brought us daily some juices, muffins, croissants and water which was very good as a breakfast. The kitchen was also fully equipped with coffee, tea, etc. The garden, relax area and the pool are really cozy, with towels also provided by the host. I really recommend Villa Rose for a great stay in Santorini.

Santorini lives up to the hype. No other place like it in the world. Fira is a fun town—great people watching. Watching the sunset is an event. Yes it gets crowded, but still navigable (granted we visited in May and not July). You can find good restaurants at somewhat reasonable prices. Large supermarket on south side of town. Must do the Fira to Oia hike—we actually took the bus to Oia and hiked back.

Busy with a lot of traffic and poor sidewalks.
Busy with a lot of traffic and poor sidewalks. Good food choices. Limited grocery choices. Our choice of the Thea "Luxury" Resort was a poor one. No amenities and hostile owner when questioned about the published amenities. Great place for a sailing adventure. probable hellish in summer. The Chinese Rest. was good.

We stayed in Fira as a central point to visit the rest of Santorini. The bus hub was in Fira and was a cost effective way to get around. (it is 2 euros each time you board, no transfers). Their KTel city buses are actually coach buses and travel to all points on the island. Fira is a safe, clean and busy place to visit. We really enjoyed Kamari beach which is a 20 minute bus ride away.

I wasn't certain which area of the island would be the best place to stay, but after considerable research, I settled on Fira because it offered more diversity with its amazing cliff views, sunsets, shops, restaurants, and bars. The location was great for easy access to other regions too such as the wineries. Absolutely loved the wine tasting experience at Venetsanos winery. The view from the cliff edge was spectacular and their wines were out of this world.

Beautiful vistas and elevated over Caldera with stunning sunsets and great views. Avoid the town during the day from 11.00am to 5.00pm to miss the crowds due to the cruise ships swamping the place.
I hired a scooter for two days at 40 euros but don't settle for first offer shop around as it made a 30 euro saving and haggle a bit to get a deal.

Cute town with lots of paths to explore, shops to go in, and restaurants to enjoy. Views were incredible and sunsets a must. Trip to the crater was fun. Hot springs aren't hot. Beaches were difficult to walk on. Would have liked to spend more time in Oia. Buses are comfortable but crowded.
The staff here is absolutely incredible. The hotel is ran by the sweetest little family who are so helpful and kind. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The shower was one of the best I’ve ever had!
The pool and view are perfect and the hotel is within 5 minutes of walking of the main part of Fira.
Our ferry was delayed coming in and going out and they didn’t mind a bit and were so helpful in making sure we had a ride and were safe. We are so grateful!
When I come to Santorini again, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Very beautiful property in Fira santorini! The view was fabulous, the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location is great in the heart of Fira and great facilities. The pool was nice too. Very friendly staff and they organized the transfer for us. We got a really big room so it exceed my expectations. We also received a bottle of wine as the welcome's drink. Everything was perfect and we will definitely come back to this amazing hotel again when visiting Santorini.
The view is breathtaking, the hotel is unique, the room is perfect. Different breakfast every morning, homemade Greek food accompanied by fresh orange juice. The staff makes you feel welcome every moment. The location couldn't be better. Everything is new, elegant through typical Greek simplicity. The best hotel I've ever stayed in. I can't imagine a better location and environment in Santorini. Is quiet and private and in 1 min you are in the location where everything happens in Fira
The room in itself is one of the most organically aesthetic places I've stayed in. It doesn't try too hard, is minimalistic and classy and conveys the ethos of Greek traditional and local architecture easily. I loved many design elements.
The service was superlative and I felt more comfortable in Fira and Santorini due to the owners. Amenities were good quality and linen was superb. Will recommend this place highly. I had a good night's sleep and spent a comfortable time here.
The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport and offers a stunning ocean view. You can enjoy the famous Santorini sunset right from your room or the poolside, eliminating the need to venture elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The staff, including Dora, Dimitris, Alina, Katarina, from reception and Panos from the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Kudos folks !
After arriving late to Santorini, Giannis and the rest of the Hotel staff made us feel welcome and we lost any travelers anxiety we might have had.
Staff were friendly, helpful and informative! It is a good spot from which to explore Fira.
Special thanks to the technician for fixing my bag so I could continue the journey with ease.
The breakfast was well organised and tasty.
Fira is a bustling place to stay but a must for a day or two while in Santorini.
Nothing, as I was angry about the mouldy room. I regret I haven't booked somewhere else. Recently this facility was advertised also as Fira East Heart Rooms at booking.com, before it was advertised as Fira Economy Rooms, now it disappeared. The host keeps changing the profile and name of the place at booking.com - probably due to reviews they receive from their guests. It is situated just opposite the road from the Milos Villas Hotel in Santorini.
The guy at the reception desk was very kind and friendly. He helped us with our luggage. Room was amazing and the small pool in the roof top very nice and pleasant to relax in there. I like that the hotel is located exactly in the center of Fira next to the bus station so you can take a bus anytime and go wherever you want in the island!! I would love to stay here when I visit Santorini again
Asha Luxury Suites is located in the heart of the action of Fira. The property is conveniently located to several sites and all the restaurants. The Caldera view and the view of Santorini from the balcony is truly magical. Having delicious Breakfast delivered at the requested time is a treat! The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again :-)
Wonderful boutique hotel located in the center of Fira, with stone Santorini vibes. The host’s where wonderful, big thank you to Angelo and Nick, who are always there to answer all questions.
The hotel also offers a complementary pick up service from the airport (available until 20:00).
The Fira bus stop is only located within a 5 minute walk.
Everything was arranged from the moment we arrived in Santorini. The host was very accommodating and the place is located at the center of all the attractions in Fira. The breakfast was even more delicious and filling with the view of the caldera and sea on the rooftop. Will definitely go back to this hotel.
Everything was excellent at Villa Anto. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel with a view on the sea and a small pool. Very good location – about 10 min walking distance to the Fira centre. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Santorini!
Very clean and I loved the nice modern interior design. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Stan who gave us many travel recommendations. The pool was a great bonus and well maintained! I highly recommend booking this hotel for your trip in Santorini!
Too bad to have spent only two nights in this very clean and welcoming hotel in a convenient location to reach the centre of Fira on foot.
It was just a hit and run to Santorini but if I return I would stay at this hotel again.
I loved cats who welcomed us at reception.
Fantastic view from the Executive Room and from the breakfast terrace. This is really all you need and what you come for in Santorini. Very kind and helpful staff. Facilities are clean and the hotel is perfectly situated on the cliffside and center of Fira.
Customer Service was brilliant. Can’t say enough about Marcos and Michael. Love the location but the staff went above and beyond for everyone. The accommodations were great with service to Fira. If we ever come back to Santorini we have found our home.
The place was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Maggie and the other receptionist where great. Maggie helped us with the transportation from the airport to the hotel and gave us great recommendations to visit Santorini. Very polite and helpful.
The staff were really nice. The hotel has a pool with an amazing view, and it is right in the center of Fira. It takes less than 10 minutes walk to reach the bus station where you can easily travel to anywhere in Santorini.
Miss Irene is such a sweetheart! Even gave me a Santorini map, the hotel felt like a home, very clean and its very close to Fira’s main square and the bus stop is right there too! Very comfortable
Very nice hotel with probably the best view in Santorini, great price to value ratio. The breakfast also was very good, also helpful and welcoming staff. With car to Fira only 3 minutes.
