The hotel was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It was very useful to have reserved garage parking. Javier went beyond what could be expected of an owner. We walked to the hotel initially and parked in the town centre. Once we had checked in Javier took us back to our car in his own, and showed us the quickest way to the hotel by car. It was ideal to take breakfast and dinner in the restaurant owned by Javier in the town, fabulous food and value. And he even posted to me the phone charger I had left behind when we checked out. Thanks Javier, see you again!

The location of the house was wonderful; it was maybe a 10 minute walk from the hot springs. There was also free parking which made it easy to drive to various sites in the area. The place was clean, there was plenty of space for the whole family, and the owners were unbelievably helpful. The radiator in the basement stopped working shortly after we arrived; it wasn't their fault, but they were so apologetic and brought in a portable radiator to keep the downstairs bedrooms warm. They also provided us a nice bottle of wine when we arrived.
