I hadn't expected a mansion like building in a Spanish hamlet to be kitted out with salvaged British fittings from the arts and craft movement. Lola, the owner, is also amazing. The house is large and cool away from the outside heat. The pool is large and has sun most of the day. Its also got safety gates around it, which was brilliant for us as we didnt need to worry about our dog. In fact, the whole large garden is bordered by a secure fence so there we left our dog free to roam around as he wanted. The surroundings were extremely peaceful - it was lovely watching the sun set each evening sitting on the comfy outdoor sofa.
