It's impossible not to be impressed by all the details and the beautiful design of this place. The interior is a piece of art. I hadn't expected a mansion like building in a Spanish hamlet to be kitted out with salvaged British fittings from the arts and craft movement. Lola, the owner, is also amazing. Such a lovely woman, who filled me in on the history of the place and made sure I knew where in town to go for groceries and an evening meal. Thank you Lola x

On our way south, a perfect, quiet rural apartment, where I was able to cook dinner. We walked down to the pretty village nearby, and were happy to hear and see goats and horses. Beautiful countryside. Easy to find.

Peaceful location, beautifully decorated in tradicional style. Nice cost rooms are Shared área to watch TV and make yourself drinks or breakfast.

Located a short drive outside Aracena, the property dates back to 1662 and is beautifully restored. It's quiet, green and you can even hear faintly the little stream that passes along the property. The room was spacious and warm with a good Internet connection and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast had a good variety of choices (on arrival they even asked if we were gluten or lactose-free). I would definitely recommend a visit.

The house is large and cool away from the outside heat. The pool is large and has sun most of the day. Its also got safety gates around it, which was brilliant for us as we didnt need to worry about our dog. In fact, the whole large garden is bordered by a secure fence so there we left our dog free to roam around as he wanted. The surroundings were extremely peaceful - it was lovely watching the sun set each evening sitting on the comfy outdoor sofa.
