How do I start- what I great stay we had:)) This little house has everything you may want and need for a stay in La Palma. Located almost at the north, evenings in the end of November were a little cold, but nothing a little fireplace wouldn’t handle. The house is fairly easily accessible and found, no crazy steep roads like we saw in El Paso :D We were absolutely happy here with everything but what would I point out was the fireplace that made the whole place almost magical. This house is lovely and simple but cozy and surprisingly well equipped. There is a big garden with 60 year old lemon tree, flowers, with so many birds and little lizards, a place to hang your laundry and garden seats. Silence, except a handful of local cars passing by during the day. All the houses are far from each other so there is a total privacy and you feel very safe here (La Palma in general is a safe place to be). The house has even an air conditioning! which you can use both for heating and cooling. Beds are incredibly cozy, quality mattress, we slept like in heaven. Kitchen has everything, for tea and coffee making, microwave, stove… Bathroom was very clean, washing machine included. WiFi working without problems, good signal, TV. Lovely owner(s) welcomed us with local yummy gifts🍌, I would definitely recommend it here! Also, this place is ideal if you want to discover the northern part of the island: goat farms, mountains, observatory points, if you want to explore more of the “true”, less untouched La Palma. You will meet goats 🐐 on the roads sometimes :) I recommend to stay in more places of you also want to discover the south/west/east of the island, otherwise you will travel a lot. But if you like the north, which is in my opinion a little more wild and authentic then the rest, there is no disadvantage I can think of now. Thank you so much, El Limonero!

It was the most charming house I have ever visited. Very quiet, peacefull and surrounded by nature. Lots of extra blankets and pillows and a little cat visited very day. My kids named her Mona. The house ia much bigger than the pictures and its alcompletely private. I was very very satisfied with my stay and didnt want to leave. The views are lovey and theres lots of places for the childen to explore in the house. Theres even a piano. The wrap around terrace also gave then a place to run around and be free. The house had everything you need for your stay, coffee machine, teapiot, tupperwares etc, It was a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was so nice and left us a left a lovely bottle of local wine. There are games in the lounge are and very comfy sunbeds on the terrace. I couldnt fault a single thing at this at this beautiful house. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!! Thankyou

The location is magnificent. You have to drive about 1h to get to some attractions but it is amazing. There is an amazing fireplace which can be used. There are no houses around so you have a lot of privacy. You can have an amazing view to the stars. I totally recommend this location.

amazing place, zero light pollution - stunning stargazing spot. be carefull - access way is steep and curvy forest road, especially last part is adventurous😄 the accommodation itself is perfect, I can only recommend, very nice hostess

Had everything we needed. Even has an observatory cabin in the garden for setting up camera or telescope. Very peaceful. High up, so was above the clouds when we were there. Good WiFi, and 4G.

we stayed for 1 week and we LOVED it. we really really LOVED it! (i have to write this double to emphazise our experience...). this is a whole house with a private terrace. the views are amazing. it has no "wlan" but the mobile network connection is super fast. from the terrace you have a spectacular sunset view. and if you are interested into astrophotography: yes it is SUPER dark there (class 2-3).

Ana’s house and garden are beautiful. It seemed to me that Ana had given a lot of thought to how to make guests comfortable as there was everything that I needed and no clutter. I particularly enjoyed the view, the location, the garden, the terrace, the telescope, watching the lizards, listening to the birds and the hikes that I could do right outside the door.

The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need. The pool is really nice (but cold in February) with a lot of canaries (cute yellow birds) and there's multiple nice outdoor sitting areas. The stars are amazing here! We would love to come back. Communication with Alberto was also very pleasant and easy.
