The flat was marvelous. So pretty and cosy. We could have stayed to live in the flat. It had everything you need. The village is really small so a short walk to all the points of interest. It's a unique place to unwind. Perfect for me time.

Great place with comfortable, clean and warm rooms, a private bathroom and a huge kitchen to be used. The road to get there may not be the best you'll ever experience, but staying here with your couple or a group of friends in any of its three bedrooms or sister location is hands down the best option in the area. Tronchón can be used as the headquarters to visit by of the many highlights in Maestrazgo, like Cantavieja, Mirambel, Villarluengo, Molinos and its cave, Pitarque and its riverhead or Iglesuela, just to name a few of the one-in-a-lifetime, most breathtaking sceneries in Spain.

We were very warmly welcomed, given the keys and shown around. The place is really nice, furnished and equipped with the local traditional style. The house has everything one can need for a nice stay in the area. The beds are very comfortable and the whole apartment very cleaned. We did laundry and could dry it easily in the terrace upstairs. My kids loved the jacuzzi :) We also appreciated very much that they had 2 golf cubs and balls to go play in the minigolf in town. They also had paddle rackets to borrow. We really liked the restaurant in town (El Guerrer), bear in mind that this is about the only place you can get a warm meal in town. Also the shop has limited opening times - so you may want to buy food and drinks on the way (many towns around have shops and bakeries, i.e. El Forcall, Morella...). Also, bear in mind the streets in town are really narrow and steep :)
