The quietness of the location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The information centres providing details of the animals etc in the parque (given also in English). The signposted walking trails were very scenic, although not particularly easy, and made the whole experience of the parque delightful. The hotel restaurant food was very good, the menu extensive, and the wine was good and reasonable. A very enjoyable four days and would recommend this hotel and area to those wanting a quiet, pleasant vacation.
