We travel a lot and for the first time, I sincerely wanted to write a review because we were amazed at how lovingly Alfonso treats his difficult business. Let's start with the fact that as soon as we booked the apartment, Alfonso wrote to us to tell us about the various leisure activities available in Lanzarote. He recommended good beaches and restaurants. We tried them and were very satisfied. During our stay on the island, he also suggested what would be interesting to visit. When we arrived, Alfonso personally greeted us, showed us everything, and told us (by the way, Alfonso speaks French well, which made our communication easier). The apartments are located in the wonderful town of Uga and are part of a large house designed in the unique style of Lanzarote. They are very clean and well-maintained. They have everything you need. Everything is done with love and thought out to the smallest detail. A fully equipped kitchen, an excellent bright and clean bathroom. A comfortable area for eating and relaxing. A very romantic and comfortable loft bedroom, which you climb up to as if you were on a yacht. Even the paintings on the walls, which Alfonso painted himself! But the most important thing was the feeling of homely comfort and complete relaxation. ¡Querido Alfonso! ¡Te agradecemos de todo corazón! ¡Tu casa y tu cuidado hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran inolvidables! ¡Definitivamente volveremos! Nice location very quiet and out of the way but close enough to everything. Main nightlife and restaurants in puerto del carmen just a 8 min drive away

The very cosy atmosphere and friendly personal. The place is very attractive and nice decoration of rooms with very unique. The breakfast zone looks like family room and very nice service.

Great place if you are looking for a relaxing, calm and cosy apartment. The apartment had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen (even oil, salt, tea..), it was clean and in a nice garden with a jacuzzi. The parking lot was in the shade and with car it is a good area to explore the island. We had a great time!

Yaiza is a perfect location for visiting the island if you have a car; the street is super quiet and the view is breathtaking! The common spaces (terrazza, swimming pool, gardens) are super cute and typical. We booked the standard room with no balcony, but it was very spacious and super comfortable, with a nice view on the bouganville. Breakfast is served on the terrazza/patio and is very good, with choices of fresh cheese, ham, fruit and bread. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and it' very nice, good food, maybe a bit pricey but it's worth it.

Silvia is a really warm-hearted and friendly host. The accommodation was great. We had all we need and the terrace was just perfect to relax after a long hike or for enjoying the evening with a look into the stars. In the morning, we got really tasty and fresh breakfast with nice cappuccino. Furthermore we got provided a fridge for cold drinks during trips or cold wine for the evening. Silvia also gave us some really good advice on trips or restaurants. All of them were really good! Thanks Silvia for the perfect stay at your casa and we will definitely see each other again :)

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Very nice space outside. No problem with parking right in front - it's a very quiet area. A short walking distance to lovely city centre - supermarket, bar, gas station. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved spending evenings sitting outside watching the sun go down. Highly recommended.
