Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice en cosy. Looks like a little apartment in a castle all surrounded by plantations of oranges, olives and other fruit trees. Our host was so sympathetic. There are many small restaurants all around. It is not far away from Valencia and other nice cities to visit. The Mediterranean sea is a small 20 miles away.

We liked the care taken to get the details right, eg, like the way the front door of each apartment had soft closing doors (no slamming!). We liked the double door isolation of the toilet, and the fact that we could adjust the temperature. We arrived early to drop our bags and were very grateful that we were given early possession of our room. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of varied offerings.

Inside the property is well equipped. Good size kitchenette and bathroom. Very easy to check in. Modern tv with access to usual apps. Good communication from owners. I know the area well and it is a great location to access Turia park and into old town.

We were there for Las Fallas so we knew it would be noisy outside (and it certainly was!) but once the festival was over the streets around were quiet and peaceful. Good facilities in the apartment with comfortable beds and ample towels. Did not bring a car which was just as well because the on-site parking is inaccessible during Las Fallas.

It has everything you need for a normal experience. The hostess is kind and responsive. What other people write about the steps to the apartment, yes there are steps, the apartment is on the third floor, but if you are not very mobile there should be no problem. Personally, we had a very good time and recommend. It is quiet and peaceful.
